Osaka area has many railways, Japan Railway (JR), Subways and Private Railways.
Nearby Hineno Station Hotel, there are a grocery store of gJuscoh and two convenience stores of gSeven-Elevenh and gDairyh, which are open 24 hours. (See map)
Nearby Rinku-town station, an electric shop of gYamada-Denkih and an outlet mall of gRinku premium outleth (10:00 – 20:00) sell many items at reasonable price. Rinku-town station is next stop to Hineno station.

Duty free electric shops are in the Nipponbashi area, near the center of Osaka. Get off at Nipponbashi Station of Sakai-Suji Subway Line and go south down the Sakai-Suji Avenue.
There are several paths. The following path seems good.
Hineno-> Kansai Airport-> Kyoto
Go back to Kansai International Airport and take Express-train
